Running Club

​

All runners or wannabe runners welcome.  We will meet at UpTown Fitness for sme stretching and warming up then run outside for 15 minutes one way and then come back.  I plan on pacing with the slowest person.  Our goal is to be able to participate in a 5K and not walk any of it
